While it may seem counterintuitive to think of emotion and science going hand in hand, it's a marriage that's made for TV.

The TV station, the customer, is not looking for artists, but for easy-to-sell, mass-appeal productions.

RedTV is a community television station, and the majority of its programmes are produced by a dedicated team of volunteers.

What keeps me going is the power of combining mass and personal communication.
