Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) was founded in 1924 by Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the founding father of modern China. The university is located in Guangzhou, a city neighboring Hong Kong and Macao.
Being one of the leading comprehensive universities in China, SYSU includes the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, technical sciences, medical sciences, pharmacology, and management sciences.
